The resort had a friendly atmosphere with clean and comfortable accommodations. The pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable, perfect for relaxation. However, the lack of coffee machines in the rooms and subpar dining options were disappointing. Additionally, some facilities showed signs of wear and tear, indicating that renovations are needed.

The rooms were clean, but lacked a mini fridge and microwave, which I found unusual for a resort. They felt somewhat dated.

We had a lovely time at the resort, enjoying the beautiful grounds and exploring the outdoor areas. The staff was welcoming, and we appreciated the family-friendly activities available for us. However, some issues with the room's cleanliness and a few maintenance problems took away from an otherwise great experience. While the restaurant offered a tasty breakfast, other dining experiences were hit or miss.

While the hotel had some redeeming qualities like friendly staff and a nice pool, it unfortunately fell short in several areas. The rooms had cleanliness issues and the service was inconsistent, leading to a less than ideal stay overall. The location is convenient for those visiting Cedar Point, but the lack of proper maintenance affected the experience significantly.

My recent stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The location is convenient for visiting Cedar Point, and the pool area was well-organized and enjoyable. However, the rooms were showing signs of age, and the dining experience could be improved, especially during busy times. Overall, it's a decent place, but with some areas needing attention.

Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and had a king-size bed, but it did feel a bit tired and lacked some amenities like heavier blankets which I prefer.
Service

While most employees were friendly, the service at the front desk could improve significantly, especially during check-in when I had to wait for quite a while.

Our family getaway was less than perfect, mainly due to the issues with the outdoor pool and limited dining options. While the rooms were quite spacious and the staff friendly, the facility felt unprepared for guests, especially with some amenities not being available. Despite the beautiful pool area and decent beds in the rooms, it was disappointing that the outdoor pool was closed for repairs during our stay, which limited our enjoyment.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and had decent beds, but some features felt unfinished, like the lack of a TV in the right spot and missing towel racks.
Service
6.0
The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the slow check-in process and multiple complaints from guests highlighted some training issues.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located near Cedar Point, but access to advertised amenities like the beach was less than ideal due to closures.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, with only a market offering cold sandwiches and minimal choices, which felt overpriced for what was available.
Facilities
6.0
The outdoor pool area was beautiful but unfortunately closed for half our stay due to maintenance issues, and the indoor pool was too cold.
